- Communicate effectively with the General Manager/Director, the Sales Team, and the principals, informing and updating them regularly to guarantee that sales and customer objectives are met.
- Compile and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, etc.
- Acknowledge and appropriately greet and assist every customer in a timely manner.
- Organize workflow to meet customer deadlines.
- Effectively present and discuss the products and services of the company, soliciting only those desired products/services provided by the company and its vendors to current and prospective customers in a way that conveys an image of quality, integrity and superior understanding and delivery of customer needs.

- Attend to customer questions, complaints and concerns immediately, and facilitate satisfactory resolution.

- Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
- Launch optimized online adverts through Linkedin, Twitter, Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
- Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
- Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website

- Thorough experience of marketing products like Valves, fitting etc.
- Preferred good contacts with Valves Dealers, Fire Fighting, Plumbing & HVAC Industries, Consultants, Builders etc.
- Ability to cross-sell all company products.
